THE LOCATION IS IDEAL WITH A 5 MINUTES WALK TO HARRODS and/or to THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE TUBE STATION The large double bedroom has a modern feel , the same with the bathroom. There is a walk-in dressing room.

There is a luxury wall mounted 4 foot 6 bed in the alcove of sitting room. There is a dining area off the sitting room.

The apartment has its own address and entrance on the lower ground floor.

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 5:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each property. Reservation deposits are refunded less a handling fee of $250. Normally at least 4 weeks prior to arrival you must notify our office to cancel a booking. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. Where notification of less than 4 weeks is given the cancellation is refundable subject to the apartment being re-let. If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $89 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

In order to confirm a reservation we require a 25%deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 4 weeks prior. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.
