Description:

This is a studio apartment situated in Bloomsbury within walking distance of Euston Square tube or Russell Square tube stations. There is 24-hour reception/security facilities and lifts to all floors. There is a porter on duty. Linen is changed weekly and there is security controlled access.

The studio can have either double or twin beds.

A cot is available free of charge for babies and infants under the age of 2.

All apartments have well equipped kitchenettes with refrigerator, oven and hob. Microwave ovens are available on request at no additional charge. There is a colour television and direct dial telephone. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. No other cleaning services are included in the rates, although additional cleaning is available for a nominal charge. The nearest tube is Russell Square

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE ONCE WE HAVE ARRIVAL INFORMATION WE WILL CONFIRM KEY COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS.

Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 5:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends.

PLEASE NOTE ARRIVALS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY and after hours you will need to either order a car from the airport which we arrange or a personal meet and greet, and the cost is £30 payable on arrival.

ALL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE CHARGED (INCLUDING LOCAL)ARE TELEPHONE CHARGES These vary from property to property but are usually 20p per unit plus £5 per week line rental on all properties whether or not outgoing calls are made.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. :

TAXI SERVICE: We strongly recommend our reduced rate taxi service at a rate of £50*** per trip from Heathrow and £70*** per trip from Gatwick with a maximum of 4 passengers. The price includes 40 minutes waiting time at the airport, and car parking charges but does not include additional waiting time. A taxi transfer is compulsory on such days to enable clients to receive keys. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK OUR TAXI TRANSFER SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENTLY FAIL TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT FOR WHATEVER REASON THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE COST OF THE TRANSFER, PARKING AND ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 25% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 8 weeks prior.
