Situated in the heart of Mayfair close to Shepards Market. This apartment is a duplex and is furnished to a very high standard.

The living room is large with a dining area. Each apartment has king-sized beds or convertible to twin beds. The apartment provides direct dial telephones and a fax & answering machine is available on request. No room-service, but there is a list of local restaurants that you can contact for your meal to be sent. This apartment has Recently redesigned marble bathrooms and it has superbly designed English made bedroom furniture. There is a resident housekeeper to take care of dry cleaning, laundry, shopping and there is a reception desk staff to arrange car hire, reservations, sightseeing, etc. located about 200 yards away. This village atmosphere is 5 minutes from Piccadilly.

The small Kitchen has Microwave/oven/grill/ 4 Electric burners and fridge plus utensils, plus dishwasher and washer dryer.

THIS IS A HIGH QUAILITY APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION AND IS VERY POPULAR.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY From: 19 December 2008 to 05 January 2009 (both dates inclusive)

A free car transfer is available for all guests who reserve this apartment and who are flying into London Heathrow or London City Airport. You must be staying for 5 consecutive nights or more. Also, for a small supplemental charge we can provide transfers from London Gatwick, Stansted and Luton. Supplements are as follows: 1-4 people 45 GBP.

If you are unable to use the incoming transfer a free return transfer can be provided instead with the same supplements as above.

Property Policies

General Policy

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 10 weeks or more before commencement of stay 20% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation wil be provided upon receipt of this payment. Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund. If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necesary to make an administration charge

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received and acknowledged by us 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay. In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made unless we can re let. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs. If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necesary to make an administration charge. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property. WE SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE CHARGED AT $65 PER $1000 OR COVERAGE. Deposits Policy
