Description:

This is a comfortable and attractive fourth floor studio apartment located in a portered block with lift. It is a clean, pretty and attractive flat with mirrored wardrobes and cupboards, a separate kitchen with built in fridge, cooker, washer/dryer and microwave. It is located just off the Kings Road . Chelsea is a byword for smart urban living, prosperous while maintaining its individuality. There is nowhere in London quite like it. sleep 2 adults. I never got back with you to thank you for making my stay in London, in October, so great! The flat was adorable and this email is to see if I could rent it for two weeks, once again, from October 9 through October 23? Actually, I enjoyed my evenings, cooking, having wine and enjoying all of my favorite English television programs! The flat is so accommodating and just what I am looking for when I move there.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATE MAY FLUTUATE SLIGHTLY DUE TO THE EXCHANGE RATES AND THE CURRENCY MARKET WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. HOWEVER IF YOU PAY IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE ONCE WE HAVE ARRIVAL INFORMATION WE WILL CONFIRM KEY COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS.

Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 3:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends, where there will be a 30 pounds charge for the greeter, unless you book a car to pick you up from the airport, where the driver will have the keys. ALL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE CHARGED (INCLUDING LOCAL)ARE TELEPHONE CHARGES These vary from property to property but are usually 20p per unit plus £5 per week line rental on all properties whether or not outgoing calls are made.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. :

TAXI SERVICE: We strongly recommend our reduced rate taxi service at a rate of £60*** per trip from Heathrow and £80*** per trip from Gatwick with a maximum of 4 passengers. The price includes 40 minutes waiting time at the airport, and car parking charges but does not include additional waiting time. A taxi transfer is compulsory on such days to enable clients to receive keys. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK OUR TAXI TRANSFER SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENTLY FAIL TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT FOR WHATEVER REASON THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE COST OF THE TRANSFER, PARKING AND ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50 deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
