It comprises of a comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds, a lounge/living-room with a double sofa-bed, a balcony overlooking the Marina and offering a view of Tower Bridge in the distance, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom/WC with bath tub and power shower and a storage cupboard. You are provided with a colour television set in the lounge, a refrigerator/freezer, a fully automatic washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing-board, all necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils for 4 people, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, one set of towels per person, linens, a hair-dryer, etc. and a private payphone. For Business clients a non coin-operated telephone, answerphone and fax machine can be provided by arrangement.
The Flats are near the yachting Marina which was redeveloped in 1973, situated about 5 to 7 minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station served by the District and Circle Lines and from Bus services into the West End of London and major landmarks and tourist attractions. This one-bedroom apartment can sleep up to four individuals (including the use of a sofa-bed). |

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available by the manager during normal working hours, 9:00 to 9:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends.
CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. |
Cancellation/Refund Policy |
CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. The booking fee plus the following cancellation charges apply: More than 6 weeks Deposit only charged
7-15 days 85% of final invoice 1-6 days 100% of final invoice
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $54 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

In order to confirm a reservation we require 50% of the rental amount . The balance(rental amount less the deposit) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. |
