Cancellation/Refund Policy

Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing. If you cancel at any time between the day after you received the Booking Confirmation and the arrival day, you will lose your booking deposit... You must cancel 10 weeks prior or lose deposit and balance. Cancellation insurance highly reccommended.

Rates do not include Services on request (such as: extra housekeeping, breakfast, fax, mobile rental, VCR-DVD rentals, and laundry), Insurance for guests' luggage, cash, valuables.
