An attractive 1st floor flat with an eleavator . This is a great location, equal distance walk to either South Kenington or Gloucester Road Tube stops , about 6 minutes .

The bright kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave. The bedroom has a double queen bed about 4.8 ft . The bathroom has bath & hand held shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Dear London Suites, The apartment was great. and I loved the neighborhood. I hope to return to the exact same place next time I go. One suggestion. the pillows on the bed were hard, one could use a few in expensive polyester fluffy pillows instead. I had to make do to get enough pillows to sleep partially sitting up as i am supposed to do. but the heater was perfect. i was toasty. very nice. Amy T.

I would like to make some comments about the rental which I recently enjoyed.

The space is large--rooms are large size, lots of window space, and the windows do open. As you can see from the window in the sitting room, you are literally on a corner of Elm Park gardens and Fulham Road, the Blvd. The unit sits between 2 hospitals, so the siren noise during the night can be alarming.

The shower head is not fixed, but a hand held shower that sits in its holder in the corner above the tub. Fortunately, the oversized shield does keep the water in the tub.

Although the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental, it is not maintained. One oven was inoperable, several lights were burned out. The wireless internet hook up required a password, not given. Fortunately, under the hook up box was a plug for an ethernet cable, which I purchased, enabling me to use my computer.

The#14 bus is at the corner, the underground walk is 15 minutes, express shoppping is 2 blocks away, the gym is a 20 minute walk, so everything is here. The unit does need adequate pillows for the bed!!!

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from : Please be advised that check-in time is at 2:00pm for cleaning purposes. This may be flexible if apartment is not occupied on that day. and check out time is 10 a.m.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you.

Reservation deposits are refunded less a fee of $400. Cancellation within 10 weeks of arrival A refund will ONLY be given if it is re-let we cannot guarantee that it will be re-let and must be re-let for the full period booked.

At least 10 weeks prior to arrival you must notify our office to cancel a booking. Follow up the cancellation request in writing.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which cost an average of approx. $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
