The Marais is one of the most ancient and picturesque parts of Paris, characterized by its unique 17th century buildings and elegant stores and restaurants. For visitors who wish to explore Paris on foot, this is an excellent point from which to do so.

At a walking distance you have the Bastille Opera as well as the Seine that you can walk along to Ile Saint Louis.

If you have any interest in art, you have plenty of little galleries and workshops where you can buy exquisite gifts.

You are also at a walking distance of Place des Vosges and of all those beautiful museums: Carnavalet, Cognac-Jay, Archives Nationales and so many others.

On top of everything, and it is rather rare in the center of Paris , this is a very quiet street offering still all the advantages of Paris within a walking distance.

Divided between three floors, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for a family traveling together who may want to spread out a bit at home. You enter on the main floor. A large living room with columns, inviting colorful velvet sofas, and lively artwork, set the tone for this cheerful home. The open-plan kitchen with high bar seating opens to the dining room with its lovely solid wood Art Deco table. Sisal rugs cover the floors and a café table and chairs provide a nice perch from which to sip your morning juice.

The lower floor is the television room with a comfy couch. The perfect spot to catch up on the day’s events or catch a quick snooze, this room provides that extra away space for a quick game or a read.

The top floor is where you’ll find the three bedrooms. All three are light and cheery. One has a king bed with a purple fabric headboard and a unique ironwork settee. The second, also a king has a dashing modern painting above it and a comfy chair for reading. The third, painted in a butter yellow has two single beds, perfect for children, and a charming 1950’s school desk. There are two bathrooms on this floor and a half bath on the main floor.

The usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .

CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 85 Euros for up to 3 guests, 125 Euros for 4-8 guests.

Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.

Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:

Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;

You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);

Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;

You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;

Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;

The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;

Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

Deposits Policy

The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
