This is a newly refurbished 2 bed 1 bath apartment on the raised ground floor. Will sleep up to 6 pax. Double bedroom, trundle bedroom which makes up into 2 singles and double sofa bed in the living room. It also has a small terrace area.

Located on a pretty garden square only a few minutes walk from British Museum, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Leicester Square and West End shops, theaters and restaurants. Elegant apartments with quality furnishings in a lovely period building in a pretty garden square, very close to all the West End attractions, but in a peaceful location without too much traffic noise.

General Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

Saturday & Sunday arrivals required to take a car from the airport. Keys with driver.

EARLY MORNING ARRIVALS Guests are advised to book from the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 1.00pm.

OFFICE HOURS/OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS Office hours for check ins are 08.00 – 15.00 Monday to Friday. Guests arriving via airport outside normal office hours should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. For clients arriving by alternative means ie Eurostar or car, then a personal meet and greet service will be arranged at the additional cost of £30 payable direct on arrival. Please note that our representatives can only secure a time slot of one hour. If you arrive late then additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of £16 per hour and charged on a quarter hour basis, ie for every 15 minutes late then £4 payable.

TAXI SERVICE We strongly recommend our reduced rate taxi service at the rate of £60 per trip from Heathrow and £90 per trip from Gatwick, Stansted and Luton with a maximum of 4 passengers at that price. The taxi can take 5 passengers and there will be an extra £10 charge for 5th passenger. The price includes 40 minutes waiting time at the airport, but does not include parking.

On major bank holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve , New Year’s day, the taxi drivers may impose an additional charge and you should check this with us in advance. Arrivals on these dates MUST accept the taxi service as our office will be closed.

Please Note - THAT IF YOU BOOK OUR TAXI TRANSFER SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENTLY FAIL TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT, THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL COST OF THE TAXI TRANSFER TOGETHER WITH PARKING AND WAITING TIME. IF YOU ARE DELAYED IN ANY WAY DUE TO CUSTOMS/IMMIGRATION ETC, PLEASE TELEPHONE THE DRIVER TO MAKE HIM AWARE OF THE SITUATION, FAILING WHICH HE MAY ASSUME YOU WERE NOT ABOARD THE FLIGHT AND LEAVE THE AIRPORT. .

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
