You are on the Piccadilly Line, perhaps the most convenient tube line, which goes right through the heart of London. The flat is on the first floor with a private lift which means it is located on the prized floor the building, offering tall ceilings and large windows with large pools of light. The wonderful living room is decorated in neutral colors to highlight the outstanding Persian rug, which dominates the room. The entire setting is wonderful and further heightened by the electric fireplace that is the focal point of the room. There is a formal dining area for 6 persons. There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite marble bathroom with a power shower over the tub. The second bedroom has a standard double bed and has its own bathroom with shower over the tub. Both marble bathrooms are American standard. The kitchen has all machines including wash/dryer, two ovens, microwave, etc. The entire accommodation is furnished in English style furnishings with great charm and beauty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

On this apartment we strongly suggest that all clients use the airport pick-up service to guarantee a smooth arrival. A smooth arrival and let-in is essential for private flat rentals. The driver stands in front of the INFORMATION BOOTH, which is right outside of customs and will meet you there. The drivers know the properties very well and can coordinate your arrival with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the property. We can arrange this pick-up service for you. Experience proves that this is the best method on this apartment for the arrival and let-in process. You would pay the driver direct. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 am the day of departure unless there are no incoming arrivals and then a late check out is allowed.

FEE A 28 pound let-in fee for arrivals after 5:00 pm and on weekends is to be paid to the let-in person at time of arrival at the property.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Your telephone calls will be metered and charged against your credit card. We receive billing from British Telecom; however, some billings take as long as 90 days to arrive. Remember, your phone bill will be charged to your credit card. Also, be aware that in England, ALL CALLS are charged, even local calls. You may use your credit card for long distance calls, but British Telecom will meter local calls.

DAMAGES: Any damage will be charged to your card.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
