There is a $250.00 cancellation fee. If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the $250 fee, is given. However, where less than 14 days notice is given no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value. |
To guarantee a reservation, credit card details are required and the following deposit policy applies. Reservations of less than 1 week - full prepayment is required. Reservations of 1 week or longer - 1 week's rental + VAT is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival. Apartments are available for long or short let. All reservations of up to 7 nights must be pre-paid 4-6 weeks in advance, reservations for a longer period of time require a one weeks deposit. . All bookings can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, deposits are reimbursed minus $250. Deposits and payments for reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival are not reimbursed minus $250 fee, unless the accommodation can be resold. |
