London Guest Suites Corporate Properties
Whether you're away from home on temporary assignment, between homes, or
being relocated, London Guest Suites provides spacious, high quality
accommodations with own-home comforts and hotel flexibility. Up to five
times more space than a hotel room, yet only half the cost.
Our "Corporate Housing" refers mainly to apartments which are available for
30 days or more.
We offer 2 types of accommodation. Serviced residences and
individually-owned properties. The difference between a serviced residence
and an individually-owned property is that in a serviced residence several
accommodations are available in the same building and there are therefore
usually many of each size of apartment available, and so inventory is
greater. You'll probably find more hotel-type amenities, such as a
concierge, business services, underground parking and perhaps even a
restaurant or health club, usually 24 hour front desk and daily maid
service as well. Whereas Individually-owned properties tend to be less expensive but
there's usually only one apartment available at each address. You'll also
have fewer amenities but it is more like your own home.

London Guest Suites can provide a London Relocation Information Service
which relieves the pressure of supporting relocating corporate personnel.
Account Managers are appointed and will establish direct personal contact
with personnel relocating to London and provide general support.
This service provides guest with their own account manager who is the first
port of call for information and support. The assigned account manager will
contact you personally before you arrive to introduce him or herself as your
personal, round-the-clock contact and aide, and to find out if there are any
specific areas regarding your relocation that you know you’re going to need
help with. You’ll be sent a Local Guide to your neighborhood (including
restaurants, bars, shops, doctors, sports facilities, churches etc), along
with a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
