Serviced residences and individually-owned properties. The difference between a serviced residence and an individually-owned property is that in a serviced residence several accommodations are available in the same building and there are therefore usually many of each size of apartment available, and so inventory is greater. You'll probably find more hotel-type amenities, such as a concierge, business services, underground parking and perhaps even a restaurant or health club, usually 24 hour front desk and daily maid service as well. Whereas Individually-owned properties tend to be less expensive but there's usually only one apartment available at each address. You'll also have fewer amenities but it is more like your own home. Extra Relocation Services are available (At an Additional Cost) London Guest Suites can provide a London Relocation Information Service which relieves the pressure of supporting relocating corporate personnel. Account Managers are appointed and will establish direct personal contact with personnel relocating to London and provide general support.
